ATTENDANCE

WATERSTONES | TOTTENHAM COURT ROAD, LONDON

7pm-8.30pm. Queue opens at 6.30pm.

1. Reserve a chair: £7 (online), includes a hot drink from the café in the basement. This must be done online on the Waterstones webpage (Click Here | Waterstones) before the session. Your chair will only be reserved until 6.50pm, after which it will be reallocated. Please note that there are no refunds for no-shows or late comers. Limited spaces are available.

2. Turn up on the day: £4 (on entry), includes a hot drink from the café in the basement. If you haven’t reserved a chair (or they are sold out), you can, capacity permitting, turn up on the day for a sitting on the floor or standing space. As spaces are limited, these will be allocated on a first-come basis.

WHAT

Q-Club is a fortnightly engaging English reading of M.A.S Abdel Haleem’s acclaimed translation of the ‘The Qur’ān’, published by Oxford World’s Classic. Click on ‘Why Haleem’ for further details about the translation.

These sessions are led by Dr S Ashraf who has studied with Prof. M.A.S Abdel Haleem.

WHERE

The sessions take place in Waterstones, 19-20 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1T 1BJ (nearest tube: Tottenham Court Road).
